We are aware of apartelles and condominiums in the area posing as "extensions of Hotel Aroha“. Run by Gaudencio (‘Gaudy’) and Janet, these people have been known to mislead the public, stating that your bookings are in a different location (often in Jestra Heights) instead of Hotel Aroha.

Please be aware that these people are not associated with Hotel Aroha. Hotel Aroha Tagaytay is located only at the following location, and does not operate elsewhere:

We value your safety. If these people have taken you to a third-party accommodation and provided you with an official Hotel Aroha receipt in the process, please inform us immediately.
